Forgotten VirginMedia Password
I have forgotten my Virgin Media password and there is no link to reset it.

You will need to use the 'Verify another way' option on the sign in page. This has replaced the forgotten password route. If necessary you may need to use the recovery code that was generated as part of the VMO2ID setup process. I hope you kept a copy of it.
No I can't find a copy of it, how do I get a copy of it?, will I need to set up my VM02ID account again?.
Don't worry about the recovery code at this stage, you will be able to generate another one once you have logged into the account. To log in use one of the alternative verification methods offered on the sign in page. These will be via your backup email address or verified mobile number.
