Forgotten Password
I forgot my virgin media password, tried so many times to change it but get a continual message saying in progress but that's as far as it gets! Any advice?

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with resetting your My VM password. Currently we're having some system issues and our teams are working on getting things resolved.
Once resolved, you should then be able to reset the password.
