My mum has been paying £100 a month andshe is 81 years of ageshe payed late once and was restricted she is undergoing tests for dementia and cant remember the name I rang them to sort it out but wouldn't ket me sort it only wanted payment I cant get online as she doesn't know how to and I deal with finance and bills who do I contact for them to access her account and change things as they will not let me do it&nbsp;
