fix it

other company's like Vodaphone if there broadband goes down the router has a back up

Quote "Vodafone offers a 4G broadband backup service, "Always Connected," that automatically switches to their mobile network if your fixed broadband goes down"

why the hell does virgin not have this

I am a venerable adult and this feature makes we think about moving to them for security

Not to mention there speed is double virgin In Birmingham B24, for the fastest broadband speeds, Vodafone offers up to 2.2Gbps through their network, while Virgin Media offers up to 1.1Gbps across their cable network.

I do like virgin but your pushing me away been with you over 20 years from blue yonder to now

please catch up with all the other company's its 2025 your stuck in 2010 your speed and tech stopped but your prices going up and up

throw loyal customers  a bone and maybe get more loyal customers and fix customer service like throwing message in a bottle and waiting for a reply

      Hello tprronnie

Sorry to hear you feel this way in regards to your services and the speeds available, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

As Cardiffman282 has advised, we do offer Emergency Back Up units to customers, to be eligible for this the account needs to have been flagged as having someone vulnerable or registered disabled. Details on how to do this can be found on the link here which is also in the previous post.
