Final bill

Hello can anyone help explain my final bill the webchat agents are telling me I have no bill due  cause we pay a month in advance, but my banks telling my I've got a upcoming DD from VM which is higher then my original monthly price?

    You've not said, but I presume you're approaching the end of your minimum term and have also given 30days notice.

    You'll continue to be billed as normal until your services are disconnected - if that includes time where promotional discounts have expired and thus your package price is higher, the bill will be higher than normal.

    Upto 45days later, you'll receive a final bill with closing credits or debits as necessary. Most often this will be a credit note because of service charged for in advance but not used.

      Thanks for posting and sorry for any confusion over your billing 😊

      As japitts has said, you will continue to be billed up until the point of disconnection, if this period is when you are out of contract then this would be at the higher rate. 

      Once the account has closed you'll receive a final bill, any advance charges would be backdated and reflected on this bill.

  • Yes sorry my original contract ends 26th August given the 30days notice on the 9th July should be disconnected on 9th August  they said have I no early termination fee
