Final Bill

Hi,

Do you know how I contact Virgin media after my disconnection? I received my final bill, but I don’t think I have received the automatic compensation for not receiving service for nearly a week and had an appointment with an engineer which did not show up.

I’ve tried to make a complaint via the online form, but I just get an error message when I click on it.

  • Jodie I told the VM forum team over a week ago about the broken link and sweet FA has been done about it. The thing is while it remains broken complaints stats go down so VM isn't bothered. I will give VM another week before going to Ofcom about it.
