Final bill

Hi

My final bill has something i need to question:

"services added: netflix standard" (at a price higher than one month netflix standard)

why is this, given i've given 30 days notice and that's now passed?

    Was the 30 days notice for a disconnection? We continue to bill you up until the disconnect date, when were you advised the disconnection would complete and what dates does the bill cover?

      Full disconnection, i expected a final bill and fee etc, my query is over the "services added" item, is this normal on a final bill?

      Thought i'd replied - termination of all services, i expected charges, it's the "services added" that has thrown me, i've added nothing, because it's full termination.
