Final bill problems
Have been told by the hubchat that I can’t get a final bill that states broadband as my bill has already been generated. How do I prove to my new supplier that the bill includes broadband.

What is it you are trying to achieve with your new supplier that needs a final VM bill?
I haven't been a VM customer for a while but my VM final bill had a section listing 'package changes' which detailed what was in the package, inc. broadband listed.
If you are wanting to see an individual price breakdown for the broadband part of the bill, VM does not break the overall price down in that way.
Hi, thanks for replying. My new supplier will pay my early cancellation fee, but the bill doesn’t state that the package includes broadband, so they won’t pay. Nowhere on the bill is a section saying package changes, and because I’ve left now my virgin media account is closed so the bill doesn’t show up there only in the email they sent me. I’ve now tried sending my virgin media contract to them hoping that will be good enough to show I had broadband with virgin.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your final bill and your new provider. Please let us know how it goes with your new provider and we maybe able to help further from here but hopefully your new provider will accept your contract as proof.
