Final bill credit - how long?

Final bill shows a credit of almost £80. It’s been over 45 days and still no refund of the credit. Numerous conversations on the online chat - yesterday was told that the cheque could be cancelled today and a bank credit made instead. Today, apparently that can’t be done!!  So how long do I have to wait for this mysterious cheque to arrive as it’s already outside the timescale they gave?!?!

Give me my money virginmedia!!

Really glad I left this awful company now. The customer service is shocking.
