Yes the issue resolved a couple of hours after requesting an engineer, thanks

Thanks, I presume it was cancelled as there are no appointments showing on the app now the other night

Thanks for coming back to us on this. Where no appointments show, it's likely that a network fault was discovered so the engineer appointment would have been cancelled automatically.
