I just sent virgin media a message via there account on fb and I got what looked like a scam agent asking me to drop a pm so I ignored it and did the right thing and sent them.a pm it clearly wasn't them clearly there acting on there behalf agent ite the first time this as happened I clearly didn't get virgin media response its a scam ongoing
Please post screenshots of the suspect DMs.
@cardiffman virgin media think it was a scam post hopefully they will get the post shut down via Facebook account

Who on earth is sharlet representative support that's who it was asking me to drop them a pm response on there Facebook account and I got another message on messenger saying can you give us email addresses and phone numbers so we can sort this out definitely not doing that unless I can trust you but no way I'm.doing that just checked there actual account it clearly doesn't state we work with virgin media so I don't trust this company
