I had fibre installed at the end of summer, and I keep having issues with the concrete breaking up and exposing the cable. The cable runs right up to the front door, so I think people might be stepping on it as they approach the house.
Is it possible to arrange a day when someone could come out to take a look at it?
Looks like they made an effort which is nice, i just had mine 'installed' and they literally through the raw cable across the lawn, didnt even trunk it let alone bury it lol. Good luck with getting this resolved.
