Hi, I have been trying to sign up for new account but kept receiving error message DEF01. Without online account I cannot change the engineer installation date. Has anybody faced the same issue and could advise/ help? Thanks

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account at the moment. Please could you try to create your online account via incognito/private browsing mode within your chosen browser?
We would be able to look further into this from here, if that doesn't work and we would also be able to change your installation date.
