Equipment sent back but Virgin Media saying not received, upcoming charge of £40

Hi

I upgraded to 1 Gig broadband recently, received my new Hub 5 and sent the old Hub 3 back through the return service on 25/04/2025. I received a text today saying the old hub hadn't been received yet so Virgin Media were charging me £40 on my next bill.

I have the Yodel tracking number and it says "Returned to Virgin Media". I can't find info on how to query the charge and send the Yodel tracking number to confirm my return.

Does anybody know how to resolve this?
