Equipment returns
I returned my Tivo and Hub 5 to my local O2 store in the returns box back in June.
The following day I received an email saying thanks for returning your Tivo box but there was no mention of the Hub 5.
I replied to the email asking why the Hub 5 isn't mentioned but have had no reply.
Should I be worried?
