Equipment return list error
Hello,
I recently ended my Virgin broadband and received an email from Equipment Returns listing the items that I needed to return - the router and three WiFi pods. However I've only ever had the router and two WiFi pods. I replied to the email to query this, but haven't had a response. I was wondering if a Virgin representative on this forum might be able to help.

Just to summarise, we have corrected the error regarding your third WIFI Pod our end and you may now return the router and 2 WIFI Pods.
