Equipment Return - Notification Missing Router

Looking for some assistance, my mother (82 yr old) moved from Virgin Media to Sky recently.

Alll equipment was boxed and sent back via Yodel, today my mother has received an email saying that router is missing. 

What do we do as everything was returned ?
