Equipment not received
Hi. I sent back the VM equipment on the 4 April 2025 after my service was cancelled. I have proof of postage and the tracking confirms it was delivered on 8 April 2025. However, I received an email today that if the equipment isn't received by 20 April 2025 then I will be charged.
I cannot afford for £65 payment to be taken out of my account even if it is later refunded. What can I do to ensure this doesn't happen given the equipment has already been sent, I have proof of postage and the tracking number confirms it has been delivered.
