Equipment non return charge

I have recently moved away from Virgin Media to Sky for all services.

I received an email from VM stating I do not have to return any equipment. 

I've now got an email saying they are charging my account £220 for non returned equipment. However I can't see any charge on my account. 

Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

 

  • I experienced a threatening letter after returning faulty kit to them.

    Had to make a complaint to them before they did anything about it.
