Engineer visit
Hi,
Can anyone help?
I’ve booked an engineer visit (via the app) which I need to cancel (issue now resolved).
As a secondary account holder I cannot cancel this via my account. I’ve tried over the phone, but because I’m awaiting the letter to set up a password, they cannot cancel it either.
I’ve been told I’ll be charged £25 for an unnecessary visit and the main account holder has moved out and I have no communication with them.
Is there any way of getting this resolved to avoid the charge?
