End of Contract Equipment Returned, But still Charged.
So I moved house and ended the contract with VM. I went through the normal process of informing them, got the final bill and paid it.
VM then emailed and text me to say they needed the hub back. They sent a package to return the equipment in.
This I did within two days of receiving the returns package.
I used their YODEL appointed returns shop.
The package was scanned and I got a receipt to confirm it was received by YODEL.
This was on 7th May 2025.
I have checked Yodel tracking on line and it confirms the package has been delivered, three weeks ago.
However I am still getting emails and texts to say I have been charged £40 for non return of equipment.
I phoned up two week to tell them equipment has been returned.
But still getting emails and texts to say £40 for failure to return equipment has been applied.
I tried phoning them again, now I can't get through to anyone at VM.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
