Emails threatening £155 charges for kit I returned 3 weeks ago
From a quick search this seems like a recurring theme... but I returned my kit on 20/04, and the Yodel tracking shows it was delivered on 23/04 (https://www.yodel.co.uk/tracking/2NB2VV1/NN82DH). So coming up to 3 weeks since Virgin received back their equipment. Despite this I received an email informing that I will be charged £155 for non-return of equipment.
Can anybody help?
