Email still attached to old account number
I wonder if anyone can help as I have now contacted Virgin media support twice and have been told that this issue was resolved when it isn’t. I have recently moved house and asked to have tv and broadband in my new home. I was given a new account number by Virgin media but when I went to log into my Virgin media it only shows my old address account. I tried to re register but it just keeps saying my email is registered to another account. This means not only can I not see any payments etc but I also can’t use Virgin tv go as this is connected to the old account. Both times I have contacted VM I have asked them to check that I am not paying for both accounts and to ensure that my email is only linked to the new account. Over a week later and nothing has changed. Any advice as to how this could be resolved? Thanks in advance.
