Email inaccessible

So I bit the bullet and asked for a code to another email account (how ate Virgin expect me to have more than one!) 

Then I get 

'Tap and follow the link to verify it’s you. The link will expire in 10 minutes.

You can access your inbox from any device. Once you tap the link, your journey will continue on this screen.'

But there is nowhere to enter a code even if I had received one!!!

No email for 2 days. How is one supposed to manage?

    Welcome back to our forums, and sorry to hear you are having issues when trying to access your email. We want to do our best to help. Just to clarify, is this the Virgin Media 02 ID process you are going through? Can you also let us know how you are trying to access your email? Is this via a weblink or third-party web client?

    alienor Have you actually received the verification email into your backup email account? I found that they were going to spam initially.  When you get the email you just need to click on the verify button and follow the process through.  You don't have to enter a code when using email verification.

  • Yes - then today it just keeps asking you to enter email and new password then sends you back into the verification email and then back into the same loop. It just isn't working!
