eMail Frustration....

how on earth do i get an app password to allow me to use a 3rd party mail client? i do NOT get a  "manage password" button on my "account settings" page and "change password" submissions do not come through on my alternate email address. i am getting messages forwarded from my vm email address to the alternate with no problem and test emails to the alternate again with no problem....

    Try following these steps?
    Sign in to My Virgin Media
    Go to Account settings, then Account details
    Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
    Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password
    Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked
    Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.
