Email and password problems
If anyone can help with this I would be very grateful, have spoken to 6 different advisers on phone and no luck so far though apparently it is in progress.
We have 3 virgin email addresses as a family and cannot get a password to work for any of them, although they all worked fine until yesterday. We can not log into any virgin services or the website for the same reason.
We have spent hours on the phone and been taken through lost password procedures, recovery codes, signing up with a different email etc and none of it has worked.
This leaves the entire family with no email and no immediate solution inside so any help would be much appreciated.
