Email and account number lost.cant sign in.

Hi I got virgin a few weeks ago and I opened a new email account to order it.  Well I can't remember it as it was in my old phone that was broken and I don't have a letter with the account number on. They won't give me the email over the phone I've asked twice for the. To send a letter to my address but nothing has arrived.  This has been over a few weeks. It's OK for them to get paid without your email or account number just use you name and address.  Im getting to the stage I will cancel it I'd like to change what I watch but I need to sign in to my account.  Crazy.

    They are right not to give out personal information over the phone. If you wait here a VM person may be able to arrange the letter.

    You can't cancel now without paying a huge penalty charge.

      I've asked twice for them to send out a letter  ut im still waiting it's been over 6 weeks.  I might just cancel it and go with sky .
