Early cancellation fee problem.

I was told an early cancellation fee would be waved if I provided certain information before a certain date. I provided the information as requested but have still been charged the early cancellation fee. On top of this I've actually been charged a week earlier than the emails I've received said that I would be. 

I cannot for the life of me get in contact with a human being and the automated service on the phone is hanging up on me every time I select the option that is relevant to my problem.

Im incredibly frustrated and need any advice I can get on how to get in contact with a person at Virgin media so I can resolve my issue, which as far as I am concerned is entirely Virgin's fault and I have the paper trail to show it.

    Sorry to hear of the confusion around the Early Disconnection Fee's, being asked to provide certain details and to then have them applied anyway. We appreciate you taking the time to raise this with us via the forums and welcome to the community.

    Can you elaborate on what information was requested and who by? When did you send this to them and have you had any contact or an acknowledgement of receipt?
