E-billing nightmare
I have been trying to change my father's account to e-billing for the past 3-months, without success. He is still being charged £1.75 per month for a paper bill that we have repeatedly asked to be stopped. (You now owe us £5.25 !!).
I noticed that 'Stephen L' did respond to my forum post in September 2024, but as I did not receive an email, I was unaware.
If this matter isn't resolved today, I will be closing the account down. I've had enough. It really shouldn't be this difficult Virgin Media !!
