Don’t have account number or area code
Hello I recently got Virgin broadband and tv and have not received any emails with my account details, I have also not had any letters in the post. So that means I can not access my account or call customer service without these things, I am not sure why I don’t have emails as I gave it to your company when booking so any help would be appreciated, thank you
