Domain name cannot access email addresses in my account.
Could someone kindly help, email addresses in my account cannot be accessed. I can sign into my main account with a very old email address which was first registered via Telewest before Virgin took over, the email address was also my domain name used on a website which I had at that time, the website was scrapped some years back, but I still own the domain name.
I have read that Domain names can cause a problem in some instance but do not know much about this. I do not use the domain name email address for receiving or sending emails.
Is there any way that I can change my main email address if this is causing a problem when trying to access other email addresses in my account.
This is the 4th day without email access, I have signed into my hub which is working correctly.
