I had a contract which started on 17th April 2023 until 16th April 2025. It was 18 months. When I moved house they gave me a new contract number and didn't change the end date to the original contract's end date, in this case 16th April 2025. I didn't even change my package. Now I am being charged an early termination fee of £840. 67 which is not right. If anyone can please help me?
I moved house on 6th January 2025.
Sorry that should have read it started on 17th October 2023. Now I am with Sky. Contacted virgin media several times about this but none helped me.
