Disney plus activation

So just got virgin broadband plus TV. Got an email offering three months free Disney+ but the link to set it up and activate does not work. Please can someone let me know how to activate it? I would rather not let Disney have my payment information.

        Thanks for coming back to us cycaduk. When you say the link doesn't work, are you are able to expand on that? Are you getting any error messages when clicking the link?

        If you have access to your online account, please could you try to activate this via the 'Entertainment Services' on your online account?
