Disconnection of services.
Hi,
I need some help.
On the 31 Jan 25 I sent a letter to Sunderland of request termination of my 'out of contract' service for Phone, broadband, and Tv., asking to be kept informed of progress.
Having heard nothing I repeated the request on 15 Jan 25, referring back to 31 Jan letter.
The reply was a change of service notice seemingly retaining broadband and tv, dated 15 jan 25., followed up with a bill for reduced service relating to next D/D.
My original letter had requested quite clearly that I wished to close the account and services.
Then I received a letter dated 16 Feb 25 stating that my services will disconnect on 17th March 25 and VM will start the process of closing down my services, as requested.
Then I get an adjusted bill restating the adjusted bill, with applied credits, but then advising me of what the bill will be for April and onwards, after I have been disconnected.
Just what is going on?
I shall need stiffer medicines to overcome the anxiety this is creating. This is something I've read about, now its happening to me.
Please help me to disconnect.
