Disconnection frustrations
I simply can’t be disconnected from my Virgin services!!! I feel like I am hitting my head against a brick wall.
Services were supposed to stop on 13 October with emails confirming and everything in order etc. The help page even shows me as disconnected and every person on help chat says I am disconnected. Here’s the thing though, I’m not. The router is lit and I have my full broadband still in place. TV is the same.
Three times I have queried via chat and been told not to worry, the latest was yesterday when I was told services would stop by 11pm last night. They’re still on a full three days later!
As a last resort before complaining, I am hoping someone from VM sees this post and can get this resolved. I am really anxious that I am going to be charged through no fault of my own. I’ll bet if I owed money I’d be disconnected in a flash!!!
