Disgusting - refused to credit me the disconnection fees after promising to do so. Given a runaround on the chat. Cheque is in the post (honestly), you’ve been credited, until today, when they say they won’t pay. Totally disgusted with the service.

Sorry to hear about the disconnection fees being applied after you were advised they would be removed.
We're unable to help with billing issues on here however, we'd like to see if we can get this looked at.
