Disconnected us early

We are due to leave Virgin on 28 August, agreed with your agents (have the transcript to prove this). Virgin has disconnected us 1 month early, no account access for 24 hours! Wife and I still need to work from home for the next three weeks, this is insane! How come you cannot get this right?
