Direct debit payments
@virginmedia Trying to find out why I am still paying you a direct debit when I have no accounts with you. Team can’t help as there is no account to access and can’t get through to customer service as have no virgin phone number or account number to type in!
@virginmedia Also can’t DM you on X as you say you don’t respond to DMs and redirect to a link that you can only use if you’re a customer!
@virginmedia Is there an accounts department I can speak to?
