Debit card charged

Hi, I’m hoping someone might be able to help me. Despite my services being cancelled, and assurances that I didn’t have any outstanding payments to make, both on here, by email, and via customer services during various telephone calls, I’ve noticed today that an amount has been taken from my debit card this week. Can anyone help me with this at all?
