Creating an account

Hi new customer same as a lot of other threads about creating linking accounts. 
virgin this is ridiculous! We can all be having the same issue with no update. 

please can you get this issue sorted and publish a thread to all of us having this same issue!

      Tom, this is absolutely no use whatsoever.
      I cannot create an account! I’m a new customer can’t login can’t do anything doesn’t recognise my email even though it’s the same email I created the account with its exactly the same problem as lots of new customers on here. This is getting beyond a joke now! 
       I run out of logging in attempts an then I’m blocked.

      my email, account number, area number…

      enter email same as above kicks me out.

      I’m really considering my options with virgin media so far it’s been absolutely terrible!!

      Our apologies Rob43. We are working externally and within the Community to find troubleshooting steps which help customers through this process. 

      Are you able to try the steps here, where we've seen customers using this workaround have been able to link their Virgin Media O2 ID? 

      Let us know how you get on with these steps, and if you've any further concerns, please let us know.

    Hi I’ve clicked the link done everything it told me to do still cannot link! 
    how long is this going to take? 
    it’s ridiculous. 
    so what do I do next?

    But I’ve tried this? It did not work. I have mentioned this in my thread? I don’t understand why I have explained,copied and pasted in the thread above explained that using Bing DID NOT WORK. Or anything I try. This is ridiculous. 
    How long is this going to take? 
    surly due an abysmal service provided by virgin I should be receiving compensation? Until you get this problem rectified?
    I mean so many customers are effected by not being able to create an account and check direct debit information etc. 

    but if something went wrong with payment you’d be cutting us off sending letters and charging us!! 

    This service is so so poor!

      Please try and create one using the Bing browser, it should let you create one using this for the time being. Cheers

        What VM02 doesn't seem to understand is that it's their problem, not the users. It's them who changed things and broke them and it's them who need to put it right or go back to the system that worked. 

        Innocent customers are having to waste hours on line and on the phone because of something that VM02 has done. They shouldnt have to play with Bing or anything else to get round a VM02 mistake. 

        Stop treating your customers like xxxx!
