Contract Renewal Online Not Processed, Twice

Hi

I have twice now over the last few months completed an online contract renewal. The confirmation emails and documents get sent to me, and then nothing changes. The bill looks the same and the price doesnt change. 

Pretty annoyed and frustrated, is there any help I can get here before I pick up the phone?

  • Honestly mate take this as a sign. I've been left 21 days with a complete loss of service, complete breakdown in communication and the latest update has turned into and I KID YOU NOT............  "its complicated".

    VM is great at taking your money but the second it comes to repairing & maintaining their network you are irrelevant to them.
