Contract renewal not as agreed

I've had multiple calls with the retentions team since Monday trying to arrange a new contract and been blatantly lied to time and time again by various members (i.e if I upgrade to a O2 unlimited data contract I can get a £25 discount monthly discount, following the O2 upgrade I spoke to another team member who advised discount now applied and confirmed the new cost only to find out later there was no discount applied and no such discount exists, downgrading Netflix to ads and advising they will apply a £7 monthly credit so I can upgrade back to to my original tier and the credit was never applied) and yet again I have gone through the process again to get a revised contract where the order docs state one figure for then later for a contract to be e-mailed and updated in my VM account stating a much higher figure.

I have since phone again to query and been told I will only be charged the original figure, asked to have the order docs and contract re-sent to me, which was done and while the order docs state the agreed figure the contract still states the higher figure.


Please can I get confirmation on the contract/monthly cost.

    Congratulations @Kath_P on getting this sorted.

    Wouldn't it be good if those phone staff stopped lying to customers so that you didn't have to do this!
