Contract renewal deal
Hi all,
My current broadband contract is due to end on 24/8.
I clicked on "view your deal" under "Your contract expires soon" on my account's home page to secure a new contract with Virgin Media. Looks like Virgin allowed me to stay on the exactly same package for 24 months.
I received a pre-contract and then placed my order. I have also received a order summary with an order reference number via email.
Here comes the questions:
- Is my new contract gonna be activated automatically after the current one ends? I'm expecting to be paying for the new contract from 25/8, and also no interruption with connection from that day.
- Will I be getting a full contract from Virgin and when? I tried to get in touch with Virgin customer service and the agent on the phone said that he couldn't see anything being ordered on my account?
