Contract renewal activation

I received an email on 13/1/24 offering a renewal of my contract which was due to end on 4/2/24. I accepted the offer, received the email from Virgin media web team and a week later, as I had heard nothing, I spent 6 hours on a WhatsApp chat over two days. I gave the team member the order number I'd been given ,and was told the new contract would be activated within 2 weeks of the order. That was 3 weeks ago. Could someone from your team contact me on a private message and get this activated as I simply haven't got another 6 hours to waste on a WhatsApp chat.

    Sorry to hear that you're having some issues with you contract renewal, we can certainly take a look at our side to see what has happened with your order. 

    Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
