I selectex the 1130 mbps which says it stated would cost £29.99 from March and I also chose the 6GB sim which starts at £6 from March, so approx £36 all in. The pre contract agreement came through and it says £59.99 from March plus the Sim card? I haven't accepted this, have I missed something?

Usually the contract will show the amount and any discounts that were agreed, from what you have advised this looks to be missing or not applied. We can take a look at this for you to make sure what you agreed to is applied, can you confirm if this was a renewal or a new order placed?
