Contract price is £10 higher than pre-contract price?

Hi my pre contract price was £42, that was the price showing when I placed my order, but the contract price I received today is £52?

    I'm sorry to hear that your bill is higher than expected. Have you checked over the bill to see what the additional disputed £10 charge is for?

      Hi,

      I haven’t had my first bill yet. I was wondering why the contract price I received by email was £10 more a month than the price on the pre contract price I received and what I ordered. Thank you.

        Hi AB4287,

        It's possible that the additional £10.00 deduction you're expecting is part of a credit that's not part of the package but is applied afterwards. Did the team explain that at all when making the order?
