Contract on package upgrade

I have upgraded my package online but have not received any contract. Does it mean i continue on the same contract i was on or things have changed?

    If you change package via My VM 👉 virg.in/myVM it can take up to 14 days to complete. (This means it may not have processed just yet!) However, you should receive contract documents ahead of any package change completing. 

    We don't generally offer support with package changes via this platform but you can get support via any of our real-time direct contact methods;
