Contract Offer

Hi all, my contract with Virgin for TV, Broadband and Phone ends on the 25/3/25 and I received an Email yesterday 27/2/25 offering me an exclusive offer to renew my contract for a further 18 months, the only problem is I am unable to see the offer as the link in the email won't work. I tried to ask on the online chat but the operator was unable to help. Would anybody know who I could contact to get the email / link resent.

    We're sorry to hear the link in the email isn't working. We don't have a way to re-sent these emails I'm afraid and as it's via email, we wouldn't have visibility of the offer. You can check any online offers via My VM here

    This is also something we can check for you this end but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
