Contract missing as well as TNT sports

HI, 

 

I Clicked on the 'renew my package without any loss' the other week, saw the price and thought great...but since then i have not received my contract, and lost access to TNT sports.

 

My package from Virgin media included MAXIT TV (and TNT sports) Broadband, and landline, so why has what i receive changed. if there is some reason why i am now no longer receiving TNT sports why was it not made clear?

 

Also why have i not received my contract? you have my e-mail address as you are to send my bills there!!

 

sorry for posting on here but i am getting nowhere with chat or calling in....

    From here we're unable to deal with package changes, recontracts or any financial aspects of customers accounts.

        Fault reports & some billing queries have always been handled via these fora, often much better than via telephone.

    I am so sorry that you have faced an issue with your recently agreed deal, due to what you have mentioned here in regards to the deal not reflecting what was offered I would like to take a closer look with you via a private message.
