TNT Sports Missing

I renewed in June and have TNT Sports as an add on which is an additional amount on my bill.

I have just noticed that TNT Sports in not available on my box(es) and it is asking me to sign up for it.

Can someone from VM please contact me to resolve this please.

    We're sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing on the set top box, with the availability of TNT Sports.

    Can you please confirm if you've been able to attempt a reboot of the set top box at all to see if the channels appear?

    Have you also checked our Service Status Checker or called our Service Status Line 0800 561 0061 for an update on any outages we may be experiencing that relates to this loss of content?

      Hello @David_Bn thank you for your response

      Yes I have rebooted and all services are working except for TNT sports which is greyed out and asking me to 'subscribe to this channel'

      Since posting this yesterday, I have checked the emails I got after renewing

      I have an email from Virgin dated 2 June attaching my pre contract documents which includes includes TNT sports as a VM add-on.  I accepted this 5 minutes later and received my order summary which also included TNT sports.  I then received my VM contract on 4th June which I have now noticed has omitted TNT sports.  All documents quote the same monthly price, so I believe that I am entitled to TNT Sports at no extra cost.

      I can send the documents by DM if you wish or can give you the document numbers.
